The Multi-State Partnership for Prevention (MSPP) offers a rich set of technology solutions serving public health and enabling you to fulfill IPOM strategies. In this article we’ll briefly review five MSPP systems that address IPOM priorities and then crosswalk these systems and capabilities against specific IPOM strategies, so you can see exactly how we can help. MSPP Systems Supporting IPOM Strategies PME automates end-to-end clinic management, including patient registration, vaccine inventory tracking, reporting, and data transfer to your IIS, EHRs, or any other electronic system recipient. PME performs deduplication of patient records. The system offers bi-directional capabilities that allow you to view a patient’s vaccination history. You can sign up students, children, and adults for clinics and then use PME to query your IIS. This quarter, we talked to Maria Carr from the Carroll County Health Department in Maryland to highlight how our Private Microsite feature has helped them run school clinics more efficiently. Q: How have you been using Private Microsites? A: We’ve been using Private Microsites for our school located vaccination clinics. Our private Microsites are created at the Organization level titled “Carroll County Health Department SLV” SLV meaning school located vaccination clinic. We’ve hosted the school venues holding clinics under the organization so that when a Private Microsite is shared, it makes it easier for parents and registrants to find the clinic they are looking for since only schools holding clinics appear.
