IPOM Crosswalk

The Multi-State Partnership for Prevention (MSPP) offers a rich set of technology solutions serving public health and enabling you to fulfill IPOM strategies.  In this article we’ll briefly review five MSPP systems that address IPOM priorities and then crosswalk these systems and capabilities against specific IPOM strategies, so you can see exactly how we can help. MSPP Systems Supporting IPOM Strategies PME automates  end-to-end clinic management, including patient registration, vaccine inventory tracking, reporting, and data transfer to your IIS, EHRs, or any other electronic system recipient. PME performs deduplication of patient records. The system offers bi-directional capabilities that allow you to view a patient’s vaccination history.   You can sign up students, children, and adults for clinics and then use PME to query your IIS.     PME will return the patient’s complete vaccination history (not just COVID vaccinations) documented in your IIS and, i...

WWPD: Using Private Microsite to Enhance School Clinics

MSPP is always interested in learning about how our partners use PrepMod features in innovative ways to enhance their day-to-day processes.  This quarter, we talked to Maria Carr from the Carroll County Health Department in Maryland to highlight how our Private Microsite feature has helped them run school clinics more efficiently. Q:  How have you been using Private Microsites?  A: We’ve been using Private Microsites for our school located vaccination clinics. Our private Microsites are created at the Organization level titled “Carroll County Health Department SLV” SLV meaning school located vaccination clinic. We’ve hosted the school venues holding clinics under the organization so that when a Private Microsite is shared, it makes it easier for parents and registrants to find the clinic they are looking for since only schools holding clinics appear.     We also don’t have to worry about people from all over the state of Maryland trying to register their child ...

In this space we highlight upcoming advances to improve the public health experience.  Slated for release this quarter are the PrepMod Bulk Upload Registration Feature and the New PrepMod Age Parameters Bulk Upload Registration Feature Do you have a congregate living facility or large group, a nursing homes, schools, detention facilities, etc., that would like to upload registration for a group of patients? The Bulk Upload Registration Feature, available to PMEnterprise customers, will provide a system to bulk upload and import csv files of patient information to the PMEnterprise system. Why I PrepMod: Providing Services to Remote Areas in Washington State

PrepMod prides itself on being a versatile system that helps the Public Health community provide services to those who need it the most. In this section, we highlight how PrepMod has helped our partners serve their community in a more efficient manner.  This quarter we feature why Washington State PrepMods. Washington has a large population of folks living in remote areas of the state. MaryNell Holden, PrepMod Support Team for Washington State Department of Health said that before PrepMod, onboarding for IIS or EMR was too complicated, and often folks living in these areas were limited to the services they could receive. Now, however, we can onboard non-traditional providers and connect to IIS and EMR systems with ease,  allowing us to deliver adequate services to those who need it the most. MSPP is a mission-driven, “By Public Health for Public Health” organization advancing public health technology through innovation. In this space we highlight groundbreaking new tools and features enabling Public Health leaders and organizations to provide efficient, state-of-the-art service to their communities. This quarter we feature our new ReadiBilling product. The ReadiBilling system allows providers to recoup much-needed discretionary funding for programming through  a seamless interface that allows you to bill third parties for the vaccination services that you have administered.  Whether you want to bill just for the administration fee or if you want to bill for the administration and the vaccination fee the system can works for you.    If you are a PrepMod user, or have claims outside of PrepMod, it is easy process built to do the work for you. In this space, we highlight team members who are hard at work to make our mission a reality.  This quarter we feature our new VP of Engineering, Bryce Senz. Multi-State Partnership for prevention is honored to welcome our new VP of Engineering, Bryce Senz. Bryce is a graduate of Duke University with a B.S.E in Electrical and Computer Engineering and has around 16 years of experience in business and technology development.  Before coming to MSPP, Bryce spent five years at Capital One Finacial as a Sr. Business Analyst working on Business Strategy and Credit Policy, where he led a team and integrated a marketing strategy to develop a new online customer experience that increased online baking usage among customers.  After leaving Capital One, Bryce founded an athletic company with a couple of collogues and grew it from a small three-person business in South ...

How Do You PrepMod? : Monoclonal Antibody Clinics

We are grateful to the partners who rely on PrepMod to help meet current and emerging public health needs.  In this column, we highlight individuals and organizations that have expanded their use of PrepMod in innovative ways. The ingenuity called for during the pandemic response has resulted in a more powerful, versatile system that is capable of carrying our users through this pandemic and beyond. In this column “PrepMod” is a verb.  T his quarter, we ask PMEnterprise partner, Colorado: “How do you PrepMod?” The PrepMod system can be utilized for much more than COVID-19 vaccine distribution.
